Where did my love for design come from? Probably from a mix of my fascination with analytical thinking and my obsession with aesthetics.

As long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the world of imagination. All the amazing things that human intellect can create seemed incredible to me. When I first discovered design tools like Gimp and Photoshop, I was completely hooked. As a teenager, looking to make some extra money, I started working with people in the social media space - YouTubers, influencers- honing my skills along the way.

Then I came across Adobe XD. I felt totally lost at first, seeing all the beautiful designs on Instagram and wanting to create something like that, too. So, I started learning about four years ago, training in both UI and UX design. I believe a good designer needs skills in both areas, and I’ve grown to love it. Since then, I’ve kept pushing myself to improve in these and similar fields—I can’t imagine doing anything else.

I love the creative field, especially where it intersects with analytical thinking. This combination led me to a passion for film. In my free time, I dive into new worlds created by brilliant directors - David Lynch’s work has had a huge impact on me. I appreciate each film or series for different reasons, but I also admire works by Christopher Nolan, Jim Jarmusch, and Stanley Kubrick.

Over time, I developed an interest in understanding human psychology - how our brains work, why we choose X instead of Y, and what that means. This led me to study psychology and later philosophy. These fields fit perfectly with my work as a designer, allowing me to apply what I learn in practical ways that boost my professional results. Every podcast, book, or article I read fuels my curiosity even more. I believe curiosity about the world is essential for every designer.
